Customer Success Manager

The role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our continued expansion in Europe. You will partner with our largest revenue generating accounts to ensure that the transition from Sales to Implementation and Support is smooth and ensures high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior stakeholders at customer accounts to identify success strategies and improve processes. 

What you will do during your first 100 days at Billhop

  • Become a Billhop and payments expert by engaging with all functions internally to really understand our offering, platform, tech, operations, legal set up, support and our industry
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and wishes
  • Spend time (not too much though) in airports, airplanes, taxis and hotels i.e travel
  • Understand our process from Sales to Support and come up with at least three improvements
  • Engage with your first clients and start making a real impact on our business

About you

As a person you are ambitious, have strong problem-solving skills and your judgement is beyond reproach. You are comfortable with, and have the skills required to build and manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders. You are client focused and genuinely interested in building efficient processes in order to help your client get the best user experience. You have a sharpened business sense and a truffle pig like ability to sniff up business and product development ideas. 

Previous experience and qualifications that will help you be great: 

  • Degree in Business, Economics, IT, Engineering or other relevant field of study
  • Proven experience from managing client relations
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
  • Tech-oriented

Nice to haves:

  • Experience from implementation of software service to corporate customer segment
  • Knowledge and experience within payments, card industry, corporate financing or similar field
  • Additional language skills
  • Keen traveller
